We are so thrilled to announce the first-ever Arizona Education Association poster contest!
The theme of this year’s contest is “The Common Good.” Entries should explore the concept of “the common good” and what it means to you. How is public education a common good? What does it mean to advance the common good for all?
The winning artist will receive a $800 prize, and their poster will be printed and shared with thousands of new teachers this summer for display in classrooms or at home. Submission to the contest is an agreement for AEA to use the artwork for this purpose.
Entries will be judged by a panel of AEA staff and leaders based on originality, clarity of expression, technical skill (in composition, use of color, etc), and adherence to the contest theme.
