To become a teacher in Arizona, applicants need to become certified by the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), meet the federal "Highly Qualified" requirements set forth by the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) act, and satisfy the Structured English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement Requirement.  The links to the right provide more detailed information about certification.
